18 years of training in accounting and auditing and ten years of experience in BPS-17 and more after qualification for ‘a university or postgraduate institution by HEC or MBA in the relevant field OR MBA ) is properly recognized, or M.Com or ACCA OR ACMA or M.Sc (economics) or equivalent with 16 years of education in at least one second from a university or issuer with the title duly recognized by the HEC; and twelve years of post-qualification experience such as BPS-17 and higher or equivalent experience in the relevant industry.

Knowledge of widespread gas conflicts and emerging industrial problems and methods of resolving them quickly and efficiently. He has extensive experience in corporate law, corporate governance, corporate finance and corporate transactions and must be familiar with corporate law, SECF rules and regulations, and stock exchange laws.
