Qualifications / Experience: The candidate must have a minimum of 20 years experience, of which a minimum of 10 years in the energy sector, and a minimum of 3 years experience in managerial positions. The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering with a master’s degree in engineering or business administration / public administration or management or business or finance.
The candidate must have strong leadership, teamwork, change management, interpersonal and communication skills and a high level of motivation to achieve goals. The candidate must meet the relevant criteria and other requirements as set out in the Guidelines for Public Sector Enterprises 2015 (CEO appointment). The applicant must be a Pakistani citizen.
