Required qualifications for the following positions: The candidate must be a member of a recognized audit body or a member of a recognized body / secretariat or a person with a master’s degree in business administration or economics from a recognized university. Law degree from a recognized HEC or HEC university.
Experience required for the following positions: At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in corporate organizations with at least 5 years of experience as a corporate secretary with a publicly traded company with total assets of five male rupees or more. Extra relevant experience is an added advantage. Candidates with different levels of experience are preferred by large companies in the public and private sectors. Knowledge of corporate laws and SECP regulations. He fully understands the requirements for compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
The selected candidate will receive the competitive package (negotiable depending on quality and experience). The successful candidate will receive a three-year contract, which can be extended in consultation with satisfactory results.
